Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

Global Induction Lighting (Global) warrants that our fixtures, ballasts, and lamps are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years or 60,000 hours (whichever occurs first) from date of installation or delivery date to customer if installation date is unknown. Defective ballasts, lamps, and fixtures within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost provided the fixtures were installed by a qualified and licensed electrician and operated in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.

Global is not responsible for shipping and installation costs. The warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Global reserves the right to examine defective lighting equipment and reserves the right to determine if fixtures qualify for coverage under this warranty.

Global Induction Lighting will not be liable for: 

· Accidental damage, abuse, misuse, mishandling, negligence, fire, water damage, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, natural disaster, or other external causes unrelated to product performance.

· Equipment where Global has not received full payment.

· Faulty installation, misapplication, extreme environmental conditions beyond product specifications, under/over voltage situations, non compliance with operating instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance, negligence, accident, or tampering.

· Products not manufactured by Global such as controls, sensors lenses, plugs, and electrical cords.

· Costs for shipping and installation.

Goods received must be inspected by client for damages due to shipping prior to acceptance. Acceptance constitutes receipt of product in good order; warranty does not apply to goods damaged after receipt.
