TERMS

Global Induction Lighting product payment terms are 30% due at time of purchase order remainder 15 days after billing date. A 1.5% per month charge (18% per annum) will apply on all unpaid balances over 30 days.

FREIGHT All shipments are FOB, Globals plant. Special customer shipping requests that require additional shipping charges will be invoiced at an additional cost.

PRICING Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a price increase, all orders on hand will be filled at lower prices provided such orders are released for shipment within 30 days after the price increase. If the orders are not released for shipment prior to the price increase, the orders will be invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. Any taxes levied upon sale, production, or transportation of these products is to be paid by the purchaser.

CANCELLATION CHARGES Orders for stocking items may be cancelled prior to shipping without charge except on payment for work performed, including engineering charges on custom products. All costs for warehousing and freight on orders cancelled after shipment and or refused at destination, will be charged to the customer.

RETURN MERCHANDISE No product may be returned without prior written authorization (Return Material Authorization) from Global Induction Lighting.. Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of shipment was received. Credit will be issued based on the original invoice price, or price in effect at time of return, whichever is lower, less a restocking charge of 25% minimum (to offset cost of handling), less reconditioning and replacing costs if necessary, and less the freight expense of the initial shipment. The reconditioning charge will be determined by the refinishing, repair, or reconditioning required to restore the products to a saleable condition. All non-stocking, special custom made or outdated, and modified versions of normal factory stocking items are not returnable.

SHIPMENTS All lamps, ballasts, fixtures and components are inspected prior to shipping. Our packaging is regularly inspected by transportation authorities who assume responsibility for both apparent and concealed damages sustained by improper handling. Shipments should be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for damage or shortage in transit. If there is problem, Global Induction Lighting should be immediately contacted toll free at 1-866-662-1115.

MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONSGlobal Induction Lighting reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Sale without prior notice.

For any deliveries outside of Canada, please contact your Global Induction Lighting representative for applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Estimated delivery dates are subject to risks beyond Globals control. Under no circumstances will Global Induction Lighting Inc. accept any penalty charges nor recognize orders with a penalty clause.

All ballasts sold in North America carry Underwriters Laboratory or Canadian Standards Act certifications (UL/cUL and CSA) Specifications, dimensions, and design details are subject to change without prior notice.
